How We Work…

You simply contact us and provide your tour criteria over the phone. We will then design a custom itinerary according to your criteria and investment objectives. We can make changes to the itinerary until we get it just the way you want it. We then manage all aspects of the tour, including securing reservations for accommodations, transportation and activities. We will also arrange property showings in each area of investment interest.

Our Costa Rica expat tours are guided from beginning to end by our expat expert and Coldwell Banker Vesta Group agent, David Scott Bowers.

What it costs…

Costa Rica expat tours are priced on a case by case basis, based on your preferences for accommodations, mode of travel, activities, etc.

The typical 10 night tour will run you around $2,450 per person.

That “hypothetical” price would include accommodations, private transportation by land, coupled with one or more domestic flights, and three activities (such as a canopy tour, wildlife viewing tour, snorkelling, etc).

Cost of private guide is also included.

How to Book…

Just click our contact info and contact us by phone or email. We will need to discuss the trip with you over the phone, so if contacting us by email, please include your phone number and the best time for us to talk.

We request a 50% deposit at time of booking, with the balance payable 45 days prior to the arrival date (90 days for tours during the last 2 weeks of December).

I’ve received some good reviews from happy customers, like the Katz Family from Redmond, Washington…
